Each Doodlebetts product is custom made when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll help make it right.
How it works:

After your order is delivered, you’ll automatically receive an email inviting you to rate your experience.

If there’s any issue with your order, you can report the problem directly through that email or the provided link.

Our fulfillment partner will review your request and process a replacement or refund if eligible.
Important Details:

Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind are not accepted.

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal and not defects.

If your order was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address), you may be eligible for a partial refund or a reprint for an additional fee.
